I’m giving it 2 stars because it does give my ankle some support, but something feels off with the way it sits on my skin. After wearing it for a bit, it started rubbing and left my skin red. It might be okay with thicker socks, but for longer use it just wasn’t comfortable for me.

I was kind of bummed when I got this because the material felt cheap right away. After using it for a bit, it started wearing out faster than I expected, which was frustrating.

I got these a little while ago, honestly I can’t remember if it was last month or just a couple weeks back—but they’ve definitely helped me avoid rolling my ankles. They feel a bit tight at first, but not enough to stop me from using them.

I was hoping this brace would work with my regular sneakers, but it was just too bulky to fit comfortably... ended up not being something I could wear with my usual shoes...

I tried using this, but it really makes moving my ankle feel like a chore. The range of motion feels blocked, and I have to put in way more effort than I expected just to walk around normally. It’s not comfortable at all.

The brace feels sturdy, but getting it adjusted right is kind of a pain lol. The straps don’t sit evenly, and I kept having to mess with it during practice. It’s not the most comfortable if you need to make quick changes

It feels stable during my games, which is great because that’s kind of the whole point. It is a bit bulky, though, so if you enjoy having extra stuff taking up space, you’ll probably love it.

I wore these for basketball and honestly... they kept slipping while I was playing!! Not the worst ever, but definitely not great for actual game use!!!

I waited almost two weeks and still hadn’t gotten any real update on my order. When I reached out, the response made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. Frustrating experience overall, and I don’t see myself ordering from here again

I tried it with my regular everyday shoes and everything felt tight and kind of awkward. I could walk around in it for a little while, but it kept bothering me enough that I couldn’t really ignore it.

If you’re thinking about trying it, I’d say it might be better with bigger shoes or maybe for sports where you have more room. For regular daily use, though, it just wasn’t comfortable for me.

It took me a couple tries the first day, but I don’t think that’s a big deal. Once I figured out the straps, it started going on quickly. It fits in my shoe just fine too, so I’m not sure why that would be an issue for anyone. The only thing I’d say is the instructions could be clearer, because you do kind of have to mess with it a bit at first.

I ordered an ankle brace from ultraankle.com and ended up getting the wrong size. That part was on me since I basically guessed, so I wasn’t expecting them to fix my mistake instantly or anything.

I emailed customer service and they replied the next day, which I appreciated. The return instructions were easy enough to follow, and I did eventually get my refund, but it took longer than I thought it would. That kind of slow turnaround made me second-guess things a bit, even though nothing actually went wrong.
Overall, I’d say it was a good experience and the support team was helpful. I’d probably order from them again if I needed another brace, but the delayed refund did chip away at my trust a little
